eFOB 2.8.0 β New March 2024
On March 28, 2024, the eFOB platform was updated to version 2.8.0. In this article we present a full list of implemented changes and functionalities of eFOB.
The main news this month are:
- flexible workflow of Employee matters
- mass renaming in Documents
- support for postal codes from outside Poland in Addresses

1. Matters: flexible workflow of Employee mattersβ
One of the major new features implemented this month is the ability to create a flexible Employee workflow.
As part of the new functionality, we have prepared:
- new types of cases to improve the flow of information between employees and the HR department:
- Application for issuance of employee documentation,
- Application to change the e-mail address,
- Request to change personal data,
- Application to change the bank account.
- **generating documents based on your own fields from the case form
- email notifications
- auto-numbering
- expansion of the search engine and sorting.
2. Administration: editing and managing case fieldsβ
As part of the flexible workflow of Employee matters in the Administration area, we have implemented:
- ability to edit case types: status, name, purpose, description
- field management for the case form.
- support for 13 field types
- ability to conditionally configure the display of fields.
3. Home page: modern case dashboardsβ
4. Documents: Massive name changeβ
To improve the file management process within the "Documents" module, we have implemented the ability to collectively rename many selected files.
The new name can be flexibly configured with predefined parameters.

1. Postal codes from outside Polandβ
For countries other than Poland, we have added the ability to enter any postal codes.
2. Documentsβ
New PDF preview and screen bug fixes.
3. Otherβ
We have introduced several other minor improvements and functional fixes to the eFOB eTeczki platform.
