eFOB 2.7.0 – New February 2024

On February 29, 2024, the eFOB platform was updated to version 2.7.0. In this article we present a full list of implemented changes and functionalities of eFOB.

1. Documents: Multi-Folder​

One of the major new features implemented this month is the ability to create multiple e-folders for one employee. The new functionality enables:

  • easy organization of documents, e.g. from various employments
  • quickly transfer documents between e-folders and at the same time have a collective view
  • calculation of document retention for each e-file and employment based on the employee's employment period, i.e. 50 years for old employments (before the amendment to the Act) and 10 years for newer ones
  • export/import of multiple Employee e-Files in separate folders

2. Library: New document types​

We have expanded the library with 54 new document types in line with the recommendations of HR specialists and practitioners.

Thanks to this, eFOB currently provides over 200 types of documents for users to quickly add, along with their translations into German and English.

3. Documents: Functionality for saving your own filters and views​

New functionalities for quick and simpler navigation between documents enable:

  • simple transition from the view of all employees to the individual folder (changing the folder mode),
  • effective switching between employees thanks to additional search engines,
  • saving your own views with filters and fields.

2. Mailer​

We have launched a new mailer that increases the deliverability and speed of eFOB shipments, improves security and will allow us to better monitor traffic in the future.

3. Document export​

We have added the ability to download non-standard employee documents (outside the statutory e-Folder).

4. Other​

We have introduced several other minor improvements and corrections based on continuous monitoring of the use of the eFOB eTeczki platform.
