eFOB 2.6.2 – New January 2024
On January 18, 2024, the eFOB platform was updated to version 2.6.2. In this article we present a full list of implemented changes and functionalities of eFOB.
New functionalities
- QR code support for faster document digitization
We have implemented the functionality of generating QR codes for document types. The codes can be easily printed on 20x20mm stickers or added to the document before printing.
Marking a document with such a code allows for the automation of collective scanning of document packages: – scanner – division into separate documents (appropriate software required) -Smart eFOB e-Folder - recognition of its type, assignment to a folder and assigning a short name

Option to generate QR codes for document types
- Adding a short file name for document types
The new document type short name option is used to automatically name documents as they are added.
Improvements
- Adding a search engine in the lease change window to make it easier to find your company (multi-company)
