We have implemented a new version of the eFOB platform 2.51.0. This update focuses on users' everyday work: more efficient mobile operation, automation of tedious activities and greater configuration flexibility for HR departments.

We have redesigned the mobile view to make working from your phone really convenient. Thanks to this:

The employee completes itself - based on the file name
The administrator defines rules (with support for regular expressions) that automatically assign an employee based on the file name when adding a file. For example, if the file name contains PESEL or employee ID, the Employee field will be completed automatically. No more manually completing the same fields each time you upload a file.

Drag entire folder - mass import without clicking
We have added drag & drop support for entire folders. Instead of adding files one by one, drag the complete document catalog directly into the system - especially useful when mass importing employee documentation and digitizing archives.
