eFOB 2.50.0 – What's new April 2026
On April 23, 2026, we implemented a new version of the eFOB 2.50.0 platform. In the update, we focused on making launching new processes even easier and everyday work faster and more predictable.
Key changes:
- Development of a global document library - over 300 ready-made document types and Word/HTML templates!
- Improved permissions management - configuration import.
Global document library – over 300 document types and over 50 templates
We have expanded the global library to over 300 document types and over 50 ready-made (Word/HTML) document templates.
Thanks to this:
- you can launch new HR and administrative processes faster,
- you use ready-made, proven configurations,
- you reduce the need to build patterns from scratch.
This is a big step towards launching new processes faster - less configuration, more ready-made solutions.
Permissions – greater control and faster implementations
We have refreshed the permissions management area, introducing a more consistent and intuitive approach to access configuration.
Another new feature is the ability to import permission configuration, which allows:
- quickly implement roles in new organizations,
- maintain consistency of access rules,
- limit system configuration time.
Documents – more convenient work
We have introduced a number of improvements:
- improved operation of the document data screen and field loading,
- better keyboard shortcut suggestions,
- handling duplicate file names and illegal characters already at the adding stage.
This makes working with documents more predictable and less error-prone.
Documents and OCR – better handling of large files
We have improved the handling of large PDF files, both in:
- sending,
- as well as visual division.
This is especially important in organizations working with large numbers of scanned documents.
Lists and tables – even smoother operation
We have extended the intelligent pagination mechanism to other areas of the system, including:
- employees,
- documents,
- activities.
The result is faster data loading and greater comfort of working with large volumes.
Document audit – greater transparency
Information about document exports is now visible in the audit, which increases control over data flow and supports compliance requirements.
Document templates – greater reliability
We have improved:
- support for checkbox fields in templates,
- validation of template files.
The result is more stable document generation and a lower risk of errors.
Affairs and performance
We have optimized the operation of issue and activity views on the backend, which translates into:
- faster data loading,
- better system responsiveness,
