eFOB 2.5.0 – New October 2023
On October 23, 2023, the eFOB platform was updated to version 2.5.0. In this article we present a full list of implemented changes and functionalities of eFOB.
New functionalities
- Document OCR – document type recognition for files without 3D codes!
We have implemented an innovative document type recognition model (without 3D codes) based on artificial intelligence.
Expanding the OCR system with AI enables self-learning and improving results over time, which will result in faster and more accurate document processing and reduce manual work.
The OCR functionality is available during the action of adding files in the Documents module. To run OCR, turn on automatic processing under the 'Robocik' icon.

Improvements
- Boarding: Fix attaching the contract during boarding acceptance
- Tasks: Correcting an e-mail regarding candidate matters. Turning things into tasks
