eFOB 2.49.0 – New April 2026
On April 15, 2026, we implemented a new version of the eFOB platform 2.49.0. This update focuses on further simplifying work with documents, scaling processes and improving configuration consistency throughout the system.
Matters – scaling processes even easier
We have expanded process management capabilities by introducing:
- partial read-only mode that allows you to control access to matters,
- improved case cloning, including permissions and notifications.
This makes the creation of new processes based on existing ones faster, more consistent and safe - especially in organizations operating on repetitive workflows.
Matters / My matters – faster work with documents
We have improved user work at the level of everyday operations:
- we added a clickable document preview,
- we have introduced a conditional option to download a document type template.
The result is faster access to documents and fewer steps needed to complete tasks.
In the Matters module, we have also improved:
- HTML content rendering,
- error messages,
- filename support.
These changes increase transparency and reduce ambiguous situations for the user.
Document types – better organization of templates
We have expanded the document template configuration with new elements:
- language,
- description,
- better organization of public patterns.
This makes it easier to keep templates in order and find the right template faster - even with a large number of documents.
Document generator – even faster search
We have improved the pattern search engine in the document generator.
Users can now find the right template faster and prepare documents more efficiently, which directly translates into the speed of process implementation.
Users and employees – simpler onboarding
We have made it more convenient to connect a user with an existing employee based on PESEL.
This solution:
- limits data duplication,
- speeds up onboarding,
- increases the consistency of information in the system.
Documents – greater work predictability
We have improved:
- uploading files,
- pagination operation,
- facsimile signature support for JPG.
This makes working with large numbers of documents more stable and predictable.
Permissions – greater consistency and security
We have refined:
- filtering issues,
- logic of selected permissions.
The result is more predictable system operation and a higher level of security.
Interface and branding
We added:
- organization logo support (Enterprise version),
- translations,
- visibility of active projects.
This makes the interface more consistent and readable.
Synchronization – better diagnostics
We have improved the visibility of task execution history in eFOB Admin, which allows you to:
- assess the status of the operation,
- identify possible problems.
Stability and securityWe have updated system components and mechanisms for building and deploying applications.
