eFOB 2.47.0 – New March 2026
On March 25, 2026, we implemented a new version of the eFOB 2.47.0 platform. In the update, we focused on increasing the transparency of processes, developing functions related to signatures and further speeding up work with the system.

Matters – filtering by signature status
We have introduced the ability to filter cases directly by the document signature status.
The user can now easily view cases:
- for signature,
- partially signed,
- unsigned,
- fully signed.
Thanks to this, you will find the right cases faster, better control the progress of signatures and manage processes requiring approval more efficiently.
Matters – statistics and preview of signature groups
We have expanded the case view with clear statistics of signature groups, which are available directly on the list.
The user can quickly check:
- how many documents have already been signed,
- how many are still waiting for the signature,
- what is the current signature type (e.g. advanced signature).
Thanks to this, key information is available without having to go into the details of the case. This significantly speeds up progress analysis and makes it easier to manage more processes simultaneously.
Cases – filtering by case status
We have added the ability to filter cases by process status, which significantly facilitates working with a larger number of records. The user can quickly narrow down the list of issues to specific stages.
Additionally, we have introduced the ability to search by part of the state name, which allows you to find the right stages of the process even faster.
The result is greater transparency and faster access to the right data.
Branding – adapt eFOB to your organization*
We have expanded the branding capabilities of the system, allowing you to adapt the appearance of the platform to the visual identification of your organization.
The new version includes support for:
- company logo,
- interface colors.
Thanks to this, eFOB can fit even better into the users' work environment and strengthen the visual coherence of the organization.

Documents – better XML import and matching
We have improved the mechanism for adding XML documents and the rules for matching them.
The system now works more predictably and the import process requires less manual adjustments.
This is especially important in organizations processing large volumes of documents from external systems.
Faster views performance
We have accelerated the operation of key areas of the system:
- list of matters,
- "My matters" view,
- working on files.
These changes significantly improve the comfort of work, especially with larger amounts of data.
More up-to-date signature data
We have improved the mechanism for refreshing signature data, making the information presented more up-to-date.
Improved employee import
We have improved the employee import process based on the PESEL number, increasing its accuracy and stability.
More convenient login and shortcuts
We have improved the login process and 2FA support, and expanded the functionality of keyboard shortcuts on selected screens.
The result is faster access to the system and smoother operation for users.
Document generator and Excel
We have fixed issues related to document generation based on Excel files, improving their reliability and data consistency.
Stability and security
We have introduced a number of technical fixes including:
- document scanning,
- dependency updates,
- optimizations affecting faster application loading.
Thanks to this, the platform operates more stably, faster and is better prepared for further development.
