eFOB 2.46.0 – New March 2026
On March 13, 2026, we implemented a new version of the eFOB platform 2.46.0. The update focuses on speeding up digital signing processes, improving work with Cases and Activities, and further increasing system stability.
The most important changes include:
- new possibilities for mass electronic signature in Matters,
- parallel signatures in Activities,
- improvements in working with documents and data import.
Matters – mass electronic signature
We have introduced the mass document signing function, which significantly speeds up work in processes handling a large number of cases.
Users can now simultaneously sign documents for multiple cases of the same type and at the same stage of the process using:
- qualified signature,
- facsimile signature.
This solution is particularly useful in HR and administrative processes, where many documents requiring the same type of signature are often generated.
Precise facsimile signature configuration
We have also extended the facsimile signature configuration. The administrator can now precisely determine the graphical location of the signature on the document, and before performing the operation, a preview of the signature is available to ensure that it will be placed exactly in the right place.
The effect is greater control over the document and a consistent appearance of the signed materials.
Activities – parallel signatures
The new version introduces the ability to sign documents in parallel by many people.
The document can be sent for signature to several users at the same time, which significantly reduces the time needed to complete the approval process - especially in organizations where documents require signatures of many people.
Security with external signature
In the case of signatures performed by external systems (e.g. Signius), the system automatically controls the order of signatures.
If one of the signers performs an external signature, subsequent signatures are temporarily blocked until the operation is completed. This ensures that the process remains consistent and safe.
Additionally, we have expanded data filtering capabilities, which makes it easier to manage signatures in more complex processes.
Documents – better control when splitting files
We have added more clear information about documents created as a result of document splitting.
The user now receives clear information:
- how many pages does the file contain,
- how many pages were deleted,
- how many documents were extracted as a result of file splitting.
Matters – more robust imports from Excel
We have improved the mechanism for importing cases from Excel files. The system is now more resistant to various data formats found in spreadsheets, which increases the efficiency of data loading and reduces the risk of errors during import.
UI stabilityWe have modernized the way data is stored in the user interface.
This change improves the stability of the application, increases the predictability of the system and prepares the platform for further development of new functionalities.
