eFOB 2.45.0 – New February 2026
On February 27, 2026, the eTeczki platform (eFOB) was updated to version 2.45.0. The update focuses on the development of the electronic signature, significant improvements in document description, extensions of the Candidates module and improvement of the efficiency and stability of the entire system.
The most important changes include:
- Updated Szafir SDK library to support qualified signatures (including support for CenCert).
- Ability to view and select multiple signature certificates.
- Significantly improved document type search.
- New quick actions in the Candidates module (Boarding, creating an Employee).
- New functionality for HTML templates in the document generator (alpha version).
- Performance and stability improvements (multithreading, eFOBsync).
Electronic signature – Szafir SDK update
We have updated the Szafir SDK library to the latest version, in line with the components provided by KIR
What does this mean in practice?
✅ Support for multiple signing certificates
The system now displays all available qualified signatures assigned to the user. It is possible:
- viewing multiple certificates,
- conscious choice of the right signature,
- convenient work in environments where the user has more than one certificate.
✅ Support for CenCert
Since version 2.45, the system fully supports signatures issued by CenCert.
With the update we ensure:
- greater compatibility of cryptographic cards,
- improved signing stability,
- compatibility with current manufacturer's libraries.
Documents – improved editing
Version 2.45 introduces significant changes in the ergonomics of working with documents.
🔎 Improved tag search
The tag search engine works faster, suggests keywords more accurately and copes much better with a large number of tags. Thanks to this, finding the right tag takes literally a moment.
⌨ Support for keyboard shortcuts
We have added support for keyboard shortcuts in document editing, which speeds up everyday work and reduces the need to use the mouse.
🗒 Improved note field
We have also improved the note field - it has become more responsive, easier to edit and easier to move around the screen.
🚀 New quality of searching for document types
We have significantly rebuilt the document type search mechanism, which allows:
- search by fragment of name or ID,
- better highlighting of results,
- clearer grouping of results.
The result: faster assignment of documents to the right categories and lower risk of errors.
Candidates module – new quick actions
We develop the integration of the recruitment process with employee service.
From the candidate level, you can now start the Boarding process with one click.
We have also added the ability to immediately link a candidate with an employee record - without having to go through additional modules.
It is also possible to disconnect an employee record from a candidate.
eFOBsyncWe have fixed the mechanism for executing tasks within the synchronizer queue.
Tasks are now performed in the correct and predictable order.
Effect:
- greater data consistency,
- lower risk of operation conflicts.
