eFOB 2.41.0 – New December 2025
On December 29, 2025, the eTeczki platform (eFOB) was updated to version 2.41.0. New functions allow you to manage a large number of cases faster, find employees more easily and work with documents more safely - even in large organizations.
Matters – mass actions without unnecessary clicks
Mass data change Case
We have added the ability to update data in many Cases at the same time. The user sees clearly:
- which types of Cases have been selected,
- how many of them are editable,
- which fields can be changed collectively.
This is the perfect solution for organizing large sets of issues.
Massive change of status of Affairs
We also introduced a massive change of Case status with a clear, two-step process:
- selecting one type of Matters (if more than one is selected),
- switch to state change only for the selected type.
Thanks to this:
- you avoid accidental changes,
- you have full control over which Cases move to the next stage,
- the system clearly informs about the limitations of mass operations (e.g. no verification of documents and signatures).

eFOBsync – integration with the TETA system (beta)
We are expanding the platform's integration capabilities:
- beta of eFOBsync integration with the TETA system has been made available,
- enables synchronization of employee data between systems.
Signatures – extended audit (Signius)
We have completed the Signius electronic signature audit by ensuring:
- greater transparency in the event of inspections or audits.
- a more complete history of events.
Employees – more precise filtering and sorting
We have expanded the possibilities of working with the employee list to find the necessary people even faster - even in very large organizations.
New filtering possibilities
The employee list can now be filtered by the following fields:
- Name
- Name
- Date of birth
- PESEL number
- External_ID_1
- External_ID_2
- Email address
Thanks to this, you can easily find an employee both by personal data and identifiers from external systems.
Enhanced sorting options
In the same view, we have added the ability to sort the employee list by:
- eFOB ID
- External_ID_1
- External_ID_2
- Superior
- Email address
This significantly improves data organization and shows employees in exactly the order you need.
Additionally, we have corrected errors in the display of Employers, thanks to which HR data is presented consistently and without any ambiguity.
Documents – better antivirus diagnostics
When scanning files:
- we have extended antivirus scanner error diagnosis.
- the system now provides more accurate information in case of file problems.
Login – clearer messages and additional security
- Improved error messages when activating the account (e.g. incorrect date of birth) - the user now knows exactly what needs to be corrected.
- additional security measures have been introduced for logging in by candidates, increasing data security at the recruitment stage.
