eFOB 2.4.3 – New October 2023

On October 3, 2023, the eFOB platform was updated to version 2.4.3. In this article we present a full list of implemented changes and functionalities of eFOB.

New functionalities

  1. OCR documents

We have implemented the ability to automatically name files when adding files. Turning this function on/off is available via the “Robot” icon.

  1. Matters: adding and generating documents without requiring a return document

We have improved the process of completing documents with the option to generate or attach a document for an employee without providing the option of uploading the file back (e.g. a referral for a medical examination).

  1. Candidate: adding a transition to Employee (quick link)

We have added the ability to quickly switch from the Candidate view to the Employee view (if the Candidate is associated with an existing Employee).

  1. Docs: bug fixes
  2. OCR: Improved digital signature detection
  3. Issues: bug fixes and usability improvements, including: improved preview of a split document
  4. Retention: improvements, including: cleaning of logs and improved updating of dates on documents, improved filters
