eFOB 2.4.1 – New September 2023
On September 20, 2023, the eFOB platform was updated to version 2.4.1. In this article we present a full list of implemented changes and functionalities of eFOB.

New functionalities
- Instantly replenish e-Folder
We have improved automatic document reading (OCR) during bulk file addition. For PDF documents with 3D codes, the system reads the employee, document type, folder and document date.
Reading 1 document takes about 1 second.
- Candidates: Quick collection of documents
We have improved the collection of documents from the candidate thanks to the option of reading different documents from one PDF scan.
- Expansion of the document generator with 3D OCR codes and printing to one PDF
We have expanded the document generator with the functionality of adding 3D codes to improve the OCR process after returning the completed documents by the employee or candidate.
After generating the documents, we added the option to download the documents into one PDF file ('Download PDF' button)
Improvements
- Improvements to Import, Export and handling of e-Folder folders, including the implementation of recommendations after the HR audit
- Documents: Improved stability of document transmission (including improvement of document quality detection errors)
- Boarding: Fixed hiring functionality for Candidates and new Employees
- Retention: Improvements to administration, speed, performance and stability
