On November 7, 2025, the eTeczki platform (eFOB) was updated to version 2.38.0. The update focuses on the development of the document generator, better service for employees and candidates, and technical optimizations of the platform.

Document generator – more data to use​

In the document generator, we have introduced support for additional Employee and Candidate attributes, thanks to which we have increased the ability to automatically fill out templates. This means less manual information filling and faster preparation of personal documents - e.g. contracts or annexes.

Integrations – synchronization with TETA HR (beta)​

Version 2.38.0 introduces a beta version of synchronization of employee data with the TETA HR system. This is another HR and payroll system with which data can be automatically exchanged and updated.

Employees – import of data with the "Employer" field​

The employee import function has been extended with the ability to import information about the employer. Thanks to this, the process of completing HR data is more complete and better integrated with external systems.

Matters – corrections and unification​

Several important changes have been introduced in the Affairs module to improve users' daily work:

  • Unification of signature names

  • Fixed an error in creating Cases that generate documents already in the first stage

  • Improved generation of 3D codes for the employee

  • Improved display of signatures on signed documents

These changes make Case handling more predictable, consistent and transparent.

Administration – users and roles​

In the Administration → Users module, the display of users assigned to inactive roles has been improved. This gives administrators greater insight into the configuration of roles and access, which makes it easier to manage system security.

Platform update​

We have updated the libraries, which translates into:

  • higher system stability and performance,
  • better data security,
  • solid preparation of the platform for further integrations and functionalities.
