On October 22, 2025, the eTeczki (eFOB) platform was updated to version 2.37.0. The most important novelty is the ability to add mass cases from an Excel file, as well as improvements in signing documents and handling configurations in the administration module.

Bulk adding cases from an XLS file

From now on, you can open multiple Cases in eFOB at the same time, using data in an Excel file (.xls). This solution is particularly useful when handling matters in which one operation concerns many employees, e.g. when changing contract terms (annexes).

Prepare a collective file with completed fields of the selected case, and the system will automatically create individual cases for each employee - based on the data from the spreadsheet. Thanks to this, you save time, eliminate repetitive activities and minimize the risk of errors when manually setting up cases.

Cases/My Cases: Document signature improvements

In the new version of eFOB 2.37.0, we have improved the document signatures section, both in the browser and on mobile devices.

  • From now on, the system shows more clearly which documents have already been signed by the currently logged in user and only sends unsigned ones for signature.
  • The button leading to the signature activity (e.g. Signius) has been redesigned to be more visible and intuitive.
  • The current status symbols "Scanned" or "Unscanned" have been simplified and hidden under an intuitive icon with a clear description: "Submitted document - Not scanned" or "Sent document - Approved"

Administration – Matters: Improvements

  • Transition editing – validation and confirmation of the save In the Administration → Matters → Transitions module, we have added the ability to validate the form and confirm the recording of changes. This makes it easier to control the configuration and prevents accidental errors.

  • Improvements in cloning Cases Fixed bugs related to cloning Cases that had the order of elements changed

  • Fixes in assigning permissions Additionally, we have improved the operation of assigning permissions, thanks to which access management in the Affairs module ensures a higher level of security.

Issues – improved handling of the facsimile file

We have improved support for facsimiles in JPG format, so that signatures are now correctly processed in various formats.
