eFOB 2.36.0 – New October 2025
On October 6, 2025, the eTeczki platform (eFOB) was updated to version 2.36.0. The update focuses on greater process automation, better navigation, and improvements to Case administration. Below we present the most important changes.
Case preview during setup
Administrators can now use the preview feature to see what the Case will look like in practice at different stages - both in terms of forms and documents. Importantly, you can preview for different user roles, making it easier to test your configuration before publishing it.
Issues: Dynamic defaults in forms
Now, case forms can use dynamically calculated default values, such as the current year. This makes creating new cases faster and requires less manual data entry. You can use simple templates that automatically insert the appropriate values, e.g.:
{{year}}– returns the current year{{uppercase “sample text”}}– converts text to uppercase{{round 12.7}}– rounds a number
Cases: Filters and new "New Case" button on the home screen
We have added filters to make it easier to search and organize Cases and a new "New Case" button that allows you to immediately start working on the next report.
Documents: Search for documents with missing metadata
There is a new function in the Documents module that allows you to search for documents that do not have metadata completed. This practical tool allows you to quickly identify and complete incomplete data in the archive.
Case type cloning – improved
We have improved the Case type cloning function - it has been fully completed and works more stably. Now you can prepare a new Case type based on the existing one even faster, without losing configuration data.
Matters/My Matters: Performance optimizations and bug fixes
We have introduced a number of improvements that make the interface work faster and smoother, and minor errors have been eliminated. Additionally, the system copes better with situations when the user does not have appropriate authorizations - information about their lack is now clear and intuitive.
Administration – Document Types: New information in the audit
We have now added registration of modifications to the document template in the change audit.
