On September 22, 2025, the eFOB eFolds platform was updated to version 2.35.0. The new version introduces improvements in the area of data editing, navigation and operation of the Document Generator, and also develops the possibilities of configuring matters in administration.

Document generator: improved navigation

While generating documents, we made improvements to the navigation. Now it's easier to go back to saved settings** even after the generation process has started.

Additionally, thanks to the clear breadcrumb (navigation path at the top of the screen), the user always knows exactly where in the system he is and can freely move between steps.

Improved data validation on the Employee form

When editing employee data, the system checks the correctness of the entered information more carefully. This makes it easier to avoid errors and ensure consistency of HR data.

Better information when deleting files

When deleting a document, the system now displays information about its type. The user immediately sees which document is being deleted, which reduces the risk of accidental mistakes.

Matters / My matters: Optimization for mobile devices

The Affairs and My Affairs interface has been adapted to make working on smartphones and tablets even more convenient and intuitive.

Improvements in Case administration

  • Links to help articles: We have added direct links to help articles in the administration module, which will make it easier to quickly find additional information and instructions.
  • Possibility to edit the button and transition for the "Loading to e-Folder" function.
  • We have improved the handling of JSON subforms.
  • We have improved the handling of permissions.
  • We have improved validation in the Notifications section.
