eFOB 2.34.0 – New September 2025
On September 8, 2025, the eTeczki platform (eFOB) was updated to version 2.34.0. In the new version, we focused on giving users more options for self-configuration and improving everyday work with documents.
Adding new case types
The new "+Add" button allows you to easily create your own types of cases, tailored to the real needs of the organization.
Thanks to the full configurability of key elements - such as states, transitions, signatures, forms, notifications, permissions and document types - each user can build the Case handling process exactly as it works in their team.
This means greater flexibility, faster implementation of new solutions and full control over the workflow.
Export and import of Document Types in Cases
We have added the ability to export and import Document Type configurations. Thanks to this, you can transfer document settings between different types of cases in just a few moments, which saves time and reduces the risk of errors during implementation.
New possibilities for managing states and permissions in Cases
New tabs in the Administration -> Cases module allow you to easily define Case statuses and assign them permissions. Thanks to this, e-file administrators can independently design the process - from case creation, through handling, to closing - and precisely determine who has access to it at each stage. This means full control over the flow of matters and the ability to adapt the system to the specific nature of the organization.
Automatic filling of employer data in documents
In this version of the system, we have introduced support for new functions ER() and ER.ALL() in document templates. Thanks to them, the employer's data can be automatically inserted into the appropriate places in the document - without manual rewriting and the risk of errors.
ER() allows you to download specific data of the selected employer (e.g. address, full name, short name, NIP, REGON, KRS or PESEL) - regardless of whether it has the "Active" status or not. Just indicate the employer by its full name and the system will automatically provide the correct information.
ER.ALL() allows you to download data of all active employers and generate their list in the document (e.g. all addresses or all NIP numbers).
Matters/My Matters – Preview of documents before downloading
When generating documents, you can now click on the file name to preview its contents. This way you can be sure you're working on the correct version before you download or forward the document.
Matters/My Matters – better readability of subsections
We have made interface improvements in the Matters and My Matters form subsections.
We have made sure that subsections within collective sections are marked more clearly, making them more visible and easier to distinguish.
Documents: Greater control when splitting documents
In the Documents → Upload files → Split document tab, we have added the ability to delete selected pages of the document before saving the split. This is especially useful if the scanned document contains duplicates or blank pages.
Documents: correction of the behavior of the Employer field during Import/ExportWe have improved the operation of the Employers field in the Documents → Import / Export section. Selecting the right data is now faster and more intuitive.
