eFOB 2.33.0 – New August 2025
On August 25, 2025, the eTeczki platform (eFOB) was updated to version 2.33.0. In the new version, we focused on improving the work with notifications, importing employees and improving the convenience of handling cases and documents.
Notifications – sending a test message
In the Administration → Matters → Notifications module, we have added the "Send test message" function, which allows you to check the appearance and content of the email before it is launched. The function is available after saving the notification you are creating - this allows you to make sure that the messages will reach users in the form you expect.
Import of employees without PESEL number
In the Employees → Import employees module, we have again enabled the import of people who do not have a PESEL number. All you need to do is provide your ID number to add such an employee to the system. This is especially important when employing foreigners and people who do not yet have a Polish identification number.
Filtering orders in the Administration module
In the Administration → Orders module, we have improved the filtering behavior. The administrator can now limit permissions so that the user only sees his or her own orders - greater access control and greater data security.
Matters and My matters – improvements
We have introduced a number of improvements to improve the convenience of work in the Matters and My Matters modules:
- better and more intuitive button display,
- improved document generation,
- interface improvements that increase readability and comfort of work.
Employee's mailing address
In the employee data view:
- we changed the field signature from "Property number" to "Apartment number",
- we removed the duplicate address section.
The change improves the readability of the form and eliminates unnecessary fields.
