eFOB 2.32.0 – New August 2025
On August 8, 2025, the eTeczki platform (eFOB) was updated to version 2.32.0. In the latest version, we focused on further development of the Matters, My Matters and Activities modules. Below we present the most important changes.
Notifications when the case stage changes
In the Admin → Matters → Notifications module, there is an option to automatically send e-mails when moving to the next stage. Additionally, the message editor now allows you to insert any HTML code, which allows you to create messages with full formatting, graphics and links. Thanks to this, messages are not only clear, but can also be adapted to the company's visual standards.
Permissions to view case stages
In the Administration → Permissions module, the administrator can now define which case stages are visible to specific users or groups. This allows you to better tailor access to the employee's role and protect sensitive information.
Conditional display of document fields
In cases, you can now define document fields to be only visible in certain situations. This makes it easier to fill out documents - the user only sees what is important in a given context.
New report: audit of permission changes
We have added a report that shows the history of changes to user permissions. This is a useful tool for administrators and compliance departments, making it easier to control access to data.
Signature validation and limiting the list of signing parties
When working with cases, the system verifies the correctness of signatures and limits the selection of people to a list of people with access rights to a given case. This increases security and minimizes the risk of incorrectly signing the document.
Simpler preview of generated documents
The preview of documents created in cases has been simplified and accelerated. Now you can check the content of the file faster without unnecessary clicks.
Updated eFOB regulations and privacy policy
We have updated the documents regulating the use of the system, adapting them to current regulations and security standards. New regulations will come into force on August 11, 2025
Default facsimile signature
The system automatically creates a default facsimile signature for each user, making it easy to quickly start working with documents that require signatures.
