eFOB 2.31.0 – New July 2025
On July 28, 2025, the eTeczki (eFOB) platform was updated to version 2.31.0. In the new version, we focused on increasing user convenience, process automation and further development of electronic signatures. Get to know all the changes and see how they can make your daily work with eFolder easier.
Default roles for new users
We have added the ability to assign default roles to new users created in the system. This allows administrators to grant access to the system more quickly and consistently. To add or remove a given default role, select/uncheck the asterisk next to the role in the permissions management panel.
Document Generator: PLN() function for writing amounts in words
Are you preparing a contract or certificate that requires providing the amount not only in numbers but also in words? Thanks to the new PLN() function in the document generator, HR and payroll amounts will be automatically converted into words. This not only saves time, but also increases compliance with formal requirements.

My Affairs: Handling signatures and errors
The "My matters" module has gained support for new types of electronic signatures, as well as improved error handling - the user now receives clear information about the problem and suggested solutions.
Issues: Owner change and permissions fixes
We have updated the logic of changing the case owner and the rights resulting from this change - now the entire process works smoothly and error-free.
Activities: Sorting and signature types
We have enabled sorting of ID and Assigned to columns, which makes navigation in activities easier. Additionally, the user can now change the signature type before proceeding to the signature action.
Signatures: Signius Integration (Beta)
We continue to develop integration with the Signius.eu advanced signature platform. After introducing an alpha version in the previous release, we are now releasing a beta version that offers greater stability, better event logging and improved error handling.
Visual document division: Page rotation and intuitive shortcuts
New features in the document splitter:
- You can now rotate all pages of the document at once - helpful for scans rotated 90°
- We have changed the keyboard shortcut for page splitting to Enter - more naturally and quickly
- Additionally, we have made minor improvements to the interface that speed up work.
Document import ("Add files"): Improved grouping
When importing multiple documents at once, the system better recognizes and groups related files without having to manually organize them.
Import document types: Support for signature settings
When importing document types, you can now simultaneously set preferences regarding signatures - e.g. whether the document requires a signature and what type it should be. This significantly reduces configuration time and eliminates errors when creating types en masse.
Selection of document types: Improved sortingWe have changed the way document types are sorted and displayed - making it easier and faster to find the right type, even if your organization has dozens of categories.
