eFOB 2.30.0 – New July 2025
On July 14, 2025, the eTeczki (eFOB) platform was updated to version 2.30.0. The new version brings new features related to flexible case management, documents and signature integration. Below is the full list of changes and improvements.
New ACTIVITIES module
We are providing a completely new Activity module** that works independently of Matters and My Matters. Users will find here tasks to be performed - e.g. related to signing documents. This is the first step to fully managing user tasks in one place.
The new module has the first version of integration (alpha) with external signature providers such as Signius. It allows you to sign documents using a qualified electronic signature.

Case Administration: New "Forms" tab
We have introduced a new "Forms" tab in the Administration/Matters module. Thanks to it, the user can independently manage case fields, including importing and exporting configurations between different case types. This feature increases standardization and facilitates implementation in multi-company organizations.
Document generator: support for conditional {IF} constructions
The document generator has been enriched with support for conditional {IF} structures, which significantly increases the flexibility of creating templates. Now you can dynamically adjust document content to logical conditions, which allows for more advanced and personalized document generation.

Improvements in the Documents module
- We have added a "reverse numbering" function for effective numbering of documents, making it easier to keep order in your documentation.
- We have improved the search in the list of document types, which makes it faster to find the items you need.
- We have introduced support for PDF documents with the Encryption() flag without the need to enter a password, which makes working with encrypted files more efficient.
- We have added visual division of documents with keyboard support, improving ergonomics and accessibility.
Issues: Usability and display bug fixes
We have introduced numerous improvements in the display and operation of case forms, which increase transparency and user comfort.

We have expanded the support for document signatures with the ability to assign and manage various groups of signature types. This allows you to better adapt the signing process to the requirements of the organization and the specificity of documents.
Support for multiple employers and mass changeThe system now enables efficient management of users employed by multiple employers and making mass changes to connections.
