eFOB 2.29.0 – New July 2025
On July 1, 2025, the eTeczki (eFOB) platform was updated to version 2.29.0. In the latest version, we have introduced a number of improvements and new functions that increase the convenience and safety of working with the system. Below we present the most important changes.
New Employers' Dictionary
A new Employer dictionary has appeared in the Administration / Dictionaries module, which enables central management of the list of employers used in documents and other parts of the system.
The process of selecting an employer when editing a document has been simplified - instead of entering the company name, just select it from the dictionary, which significantly reduces the time needed to process documents and minimizes errors.
Matters – further development of the module
We continue to expand the Cases administration. The changes extend the administration with the ability to configure required signatures for a given type of case.
Signatures – managing groups and types
In the new Administration / Signatures module, we continue to develop the management of groups and types of signatures. We have introduced improvements in the configuration and handling of electronic signatures.
Improvements in the Documents module
The long-awaited ability to save a document without having to split it when using the "Divide Visually" function has appeared in the document module. This allows you to maintain the original document structure while still using the preview and editing tools.
Additionally, we have improved the handling of permissions when editing and viewing documents, which increases security and control over access to sensitive data. We have also improved the recognition of 3D codes, which translates into greater reliability when working with documents containing this type of markings.
Document types – removing incorrect templates
In the Administration / Document Types module, we have added an option to remove incorrectly assigned templates to document types. This feature makes it easier to administer and organize templates.
Additional fonts in the Document Generator
The document generator has been enriched with additional fonts, making the generated PDF files even more compatible with the original Word templates.
