eFOB 2.27.0 – New May 2025
On May 14, 2025, the eTeczki (eFOB) platform was updated to version 2.27.0. In the article below we present the full list of implemented changes.
eFOBsync – Integration with Optima family systems and improved operation with Enova family systems
We are expanding integration possibilities - eFOBsync has gained initial (alpha) support for Optima family systems, and has also received a number of improvements in the existing integration with Enova family systems (beta). This allows for even more accurate mapping of employee data between systems.
Additionally, we have implemented a new dynamic field mapping mechanism that allows us to adjust the connections between external data and the e-folder structure.
Employees and Candidates – smarter search
Daily work with large databases of candidates and employees just became easier. We have introduced a flexible search and sorting system for results, which allows you to find the information you need faster - regardless of the number of records.
We have also resolved an issue with saving custom views in the Employees module, so data view personalization now works stably.
Document generator – more possibilities, fewer clicks
For those who work with a lot of templates:
- We shortened the module names to make them clearer.
- We have introduced the SWITCH() function in templates - now creating dynamic documents is even more flexible and resembles the syntax known from Excel.
Data retention – simpler and safer
Data retention is an area that requires special attention, so in this version:
- We have added a new, intuitive option: "According to legislation (simple)", which allows you to quickly apply default settings that comply with regulations.
- We have improved the algorithms for calculating data storage dates.
And most importantly - the system has been enriched with over 100 new automatic tests that increase the certainty of the correct operation of retention functions.
Matters – more convenient editing
We have improved the case editing panel, which will translate into faster and more intuitive work when updating reports and statuses.
Zendesk – refined details
We have fixed errors related to component initialization and improved the display of images in tickets - now support works more smoothly and more transparently.
