On April 11, 2025, the eTeczki (eFOB) platform was updated to version 2.26.0. In the article below we present the full list of implemented changes.

1.Zendesk integration (optional)​

Do you use Zendesk? Now you can connect it to your eFolder! Thanks to this integration, handling notifications becomes even more convenient.

2. eFOBsync: integration with Enova family systems​

We have expanded the synchronization possibilities with systems from the Enova family. This makes it possible to automatically, scheduled synchronization of employee data directly from the HR and payroll system to the e-File.

Fixes and improvements πŸ› β€‹

1.Document Generator​

  • We have organized sets of documents according to modules: Employees, Candidates, Boardings, Documents.
  • We have also introduced some minor improvements and performance fixes.

2.Employees​

  • Audit data is available even after removing the employee who made the changes - greater transparency of activity history.

3. eFOB Admin​

  • Better performance when synchronizing a large number of employees.
  • Improved display of logs, especially those with many entries - easier analysis and order in the logs.
