On March 14, 2025, the eTeczki platform (eFOB) was updated to version 2.24.0. In the article below we present a full list of implemented changes and functionalities of eFOB.

1.Documents – Tags​

You can now add tags to documents, which means lightning-fast searches and better order in your files. Thanks to tags:

  • you can quickly find related documents,
  • visually mark documents with colored tags,
  • you can easily group files by topics (e.g. "B2B contracts", "ZUS benefits", "training", "for signature").

2. New document type: "leave for parents of premature babies"​

We have added a new document type to ensure full compliance with regulations.

Fixes and improvements πŸ› β€‹

  • Selected application screens have been adapted to WCAG 2 standards, which makes them more readable and convenient for users with disabilities.
  • Trash: Fixed an issue in the association between a deleted employee and their cases, boardings and candidate record.
  • E-mail notifications about documents: We have added verification before the user logs in to another account.
  • We have improved the management of inactive folders and their hierarchy.
  • We have implemented security fixes for user session management.
