On February 28, 2025, the eTeczki platform (eFOB) was updated to version 2.23.0. In the article below we present a full list of implemented changes and functionalities of eFOB.

1.eFOBsync – integration with Symfonia ERP KiP (beta)​

Now you can use the new integration with the Symfonia ERP HR and Payroll system! Thanks to the new integration, you will quickly send the personal and address data of your tillers to eFOB.

This is the first beta version of this feature. We encourage you to test and share your comments.

2. Cases – more signature options and data accuracy​

  • KIR qualified signatures – now you can use KIR qualified signatures, which increases security and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Improved signatures – improved functionality of current signatures for even greater precision and convenience.

  • Exact date and time on facsimiles – all signatures on documents now contain precise information about the date and time they were added.
  • Improvements in the drag & drop function - attaching files to cases is even easier and faster.
  • Larger file size limits – freely add larger documents without limits.

3. Administration of document types and folders - easier management​

You can now activate and deactivate document types and folders in bulk, saving you time.

  • We have improved the import of employees - now it works more efficiently and without errors.
  • You can log in to eText using your Microsoft Entra account - faster and safer!
  • We have resolved issues with deleting employees and documents.
  • Fixed issues with view and template permissions.
  • We have improved the application templates - they now work correctly.
