On January 27, 2025 and January 28, 2025, the eTeczki platform (eFOB) was updated to version 2.21.1. In the article below we present a full list of implemented changes and functionalities of eFOB.

1. Employees: Added bulk delete action​

In the latest version of the application, we have added the ability to delete multiple employees at the same time. The functionality is available from the employee list, allowing you to quickly delete outdated or incorrect records.

2. Employees: Adding the Active flag and filters in the search engine​

  • Active Flag: The new flag allows you to define the Employee Status - Active (default status) or Inactive. The field is calculated based on Contract Start Date or Contract End Date.
  • New filtering options: You can now search the employee list using filters such as status and by date range (e.g. by contract end date).

1. Improved loading speed of selected screens, including: through the use of cache memory​

2. New functionalities​

  • eFolder admin: Schedules – blocking the ability to delete a used schedule

3. Bug fixes in the application​

  • Documents: deleting an employee and returning to the screen with the selected employee causes errors
  • Candidate's case: fixing the one-time link error - the page takes forever to load
  • Admin: Folders – after changing the settings, Retention calculation for all documents from subfolders
  • Admin: Retention audit – error when changing the number of elements per table page
  • Admin: Users – after changing the mass login method, the window does not close
  • Admin: Document types - change, save and exit attempt signals "unsaved changes"
  • Admin: Users – after blocking/unlocking action, an error appears
  • eFolder admin: Schedules – invisible three-dot button
  • Minor changes to some Ukrainian language content
