eFOB 2.12.0 โ What's new July 2024
On July 18, 2024, the eFOB platform was updated to version 2.12.0. In the article below we present a full list of implemented changes and functionalities of eFOB.

1. Documents: wholesale renumberingโ
From now on, you can change document numbers in bulk in eFolder. Go to the wholesale renumbering campaign and decide on:
- The range of folders in which the renumbering is to be carried out
- Employees who are to be affected
- Sorting algorithms
Principles of operation of algorithms:
- Completing the gaps โ Renumbers the documents by completing the missing numbers, according to the current order of the documents
- Sort by document date and number โ Renumbers documents by sorting them by document date, starting with the oldest. Documents without a date will be sorted according to the current numbering order and placed after documents with a date.
Depending on the number of documents, the renumbering process may take several minutes or hours. You can track the renumbering progress under the order number displayed on the final screen.
During the individual renumbering action, you will also choose the principle of setting document numbers according to new algorithms:
