On June 28, 2024, the eFOB platform was updated to version 2.11.0. In the article below we present a full list of implemented changes and functionalities of eFOB.

1. Faster implementation of e-Text by expanding and improving the management of document types in the administration module​

Do you want to import document types that you use in another system into eFOB? With the new import functionality, you can do it in a few simple steps.

Prepare the file according to the template and upload it to the application. Then select the folder to which the added document types will be assigned. In the next step, verify the data and click Import. Ready! Your document types are now available in eFOB.

As part of document type improvements, we have also implemented:

  • Export of existing document types to an Excel file - this functionality allows you to export some or all existing document types to an Excel file, which can be used to import them in the client's system or to mass update the settings using the import function.
  • Extension of document type tables with additional columns and filtering options
  • Allows you to preview detailed settings for document types from the library
