What sample document templates does eTeczka offer?
Sample templates
Due to the variety of templates (especially headers) among customers, eTeczka offers in the current version only basic document templates, which can be quickly found by filtering in Administration -> Document types.
Existing sample templates can be downloaded from the system and further modified using standard mechanisms, the so-called Mail Merge. The recommended application for editing templates is the Open Source Libre Office office suite (Home page | LibreOffice Polska – Free and free office package), which eTeczka uses to create PDFs.

Development plans for the document generator
Development plans include a second version of the generator expanded with new mechanisms for generating employee documents. The new version will definitely increase:
- efficiency of document creation,
- allows you to modify document footers/headers,
- will enable the creation of ad-hoc documents.
In this version, it is also planned to add significantly more templates. The initial plan for the new functionality is the second half of 2025.
