Do you use qualified signature validation for each document?

Signature validation depends on the context and security requirements, and the legal significance of the documents in question. The eFOB application allows, but does not require, a qualified signature for each document.

Do you have a signature from your employer? Or also for the employee?

The electronic signature function is available to both the employer and the employee.

Is an electronic seal required when switching to the electronic version?

Signature with an electronic seal is not required. We recommend electronic signature to speed up the process and provide user convenience.
