E-folder

What is an e-folder?

An e-file is an electronic version of an employee's personal file, consistent with the requirements of labor law.

Structure

The e-folder is divided into parts:

  • Part A - documents related to applying for employment
  • Part B - documents regarding the establishment and course of the employment relationship
  • Part C - documents related to termination of employment
  • Part D - copies of penalty notices
  • Part E - documents related to sobriety control

Digitization

The system allows you to scan and assign documents to appropriate parts of the e-folder.
