Each case has in its details:
- Employee - to whom the case concerns
And may have an assigned one
- Owner – the person responsible for the course of affairs
When adding/editing a case, both of these fields are available for any assignment:

Such assignment involves connecting an email (employee and owner) to the case, which results in sending notifications to this email after each transition between stages of this type of case and upon the first assignment.

Additionally, after the end of the case, or after its resolution or cancellation, the user who opened the case is notified of this fact in the same way.
