Activities

Zaktualizowano 2026-06-17

Activities show tasks that require user action as part of ongoing cases. In the My cases module, they may include documents sent by HR to an employee for signature.

A typical flow looks like this:

  1. HR sends a document for signature as part of the case.
  2. The employee receives the activity related to signing the document.
  3. From the activity, the employee can go to the signing process, for example in Signius.
  4. Once the signature is complete, the activity status changes to completed.

Activity statuses

An activity can have one of the following statuses:

  • New - the activity has been created and is waiting to be started.
  • In progress - signing or handling of the activity has started.
  • Finished - The required action has been completed.
  • Blocked - the activity cannot be performed temporarily because it depends on the action of another person.

The Blocked status may appear, for example, when a document requires signatures from two people. If one of them starts signing, the other person's activity is blocked until this stage is completed.

Signature support

After selecting an activity from the list, a side panel with available options is shown on the right. For document signing activities, the following options may be available:

  • Sign - opens the document signing process, for example in Signius.
  • Cancel signature - allows you to interrupt the already started signing process, if such an action is available for a given activity.
  • Details - opens information about the activity, document, and related case.

After signing the document, the activity ends and the case can move to the next stage of processing.
