System logs​

Event log​

The system records all important events:

  • User logins
  • Changes to employee data
  • Payroll operations
  • Configuration changes
  • Running effective permissions analysis for a user
  • Fetching records in the effective permissions panel

Events related to effective permissions analysis help determine who checked a user's actual access and when. This is useful during security audits and when explaining changes in MDL and DS roles.

Filtering​

Logs can be filtered by date, user and event type.

Export​

Logs can be exported to CSV format.
